DockColor defines semantic color constants used throughout DockTheme.

Encompasses 44 distinct roles covering: - Tab Header: Active, inactive, hovered, pinned, and close button colors. - Split Handles: Normal, hover, and dragging bar accents. - Drop Previews: Fill, stroke, and center cross indicators for dock targets. - Floating Chrome: Window title bar, borders, shadows, and resize grips.
